If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Our Policy
Since our products are custom made to order unfortunately we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refund requests, once the item has been in production. We do however offer a full replacement if your product has been damaged or in case of a misprint or defect. In order to process a full replacement we will need the following information:
- Your name and email
- Order number
- Picture of wrong, damaged or defective item
Once the replacement has been shipped we will send you the tracking number for your new item.
* Requests for replacements must be made within 30 days after your order has shipped. If you’re unhappy with your item please email us at : support@customizeddeco.com
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 48 hours upon reception so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Cancelling orders
Before cancelling an order please contact us within 24 hours after placing your order at: support@customizeddeco.com. Orders can only be cancelled if they have not yet been sent to production.
