Orders and Shipping

All Customizeddeco products are custom made-to-order, that’s why we ask for your patience. Production times are as follows: 3-5 business days for metal signs and  5-8 business days for dog portraits  plus added shipping times. Please refer to table below for more details.

Once your item ships you will receive an email containing your tracking info so you will have accurate information as to when your order will arrive.

Please note, since we have different production times for metal signs and pet portraits,so in case you order one of each, they may ship and arrive separately even though they are ordered at the same time.

Please contact support@customizeddeco.com if your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated delivery time.

*Be aware that during peak season and holidays there might be some delays in production time. and it takes 9-12 business days for orders to be processed. Peak times are as follows:

Father’s and mother’s day, Valentine’s day, 4th of July, Halloween, Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year’s eve.

If you want to change your shipping address, please contact us at: support@customizeddeco.com,  48 hours after your order has been placed with the following details:

1. Shipping name

2. order ID

3. Updated address

 

Once your order has shipped you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number so you can check the status of your order. You can also check the status or your order directly on our website with your confirmation or order number where its says “Track my order“.

We understand that you might be shopping your item as a gift for someone else, but unfortunately we do not offer wrapping at the moment. But rest assure that your recipient will fall so in love with their one of a kind present, they won’t even care about the wrapping anyways.

Unfortunately, we only ship🚚  within the United States, since  we want to reduce our carbon footprint as much as possible,  and protect our planet 🌎.

Your order has been sent, but sometimes it can take up to 48 hours for tracking info to show up in the courier tracking system.

The satisfaction of our customers is our top priority, that’s why shipping is 100% FREE to anywhere within the United States or United Kingdom.

All our products are from the United States so you can rest assured that your items will be of outstanding quality.

Absolutely! We work closely with our customers at all steps of the process, that’s why we will send you a preview of your artwork once it’s ready. If it’s not to your liking you can request as many edit as you like.

If you need to swap an item

Returns and Exchanges

Since our products are custom made to order unfortunately we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refund requests. We do however offer a full replacement if your product has been damaged or in case of a misprint or defect. In order to process a full replacement we will need the following information: 

1. Your name and email

2. Order number

3. Picture of wrong, damaged or defective item

Once the replacement has been shipped we will send you the tracking number for your new item.

* Requests for replacements must be made within 30 days from the date after the shipped date at: support@customizeddeco.com

Unfortunately, as stated in our return policy, since our product are made to order,we do not accept exchanges or return. For more information please refer to the previous question.

Everybody makes mistake, and we understand that. If by any chance you want to change something in your order or cancel it altogether, no worries, we’ve got you covered. Just let us know within 24 hours after your order has been placed at: support@customizeddeco.com.

If it’s been less than 24 hours since you placed your order you can still ask for a change in your sign. Just contact us at: support@cusomizeddeco.com . If you placed your order more than 24 hours ago unfortunately it has already been sent it to production, and at this stage no more changes can be made. We’re sorry for this inconvenience but the custom made nature of our products make it impossible to make a change once the printing process has started.

We’ve got you covered! Just send us a picture of the damaged item for quality purposes and we will offer a replacement free of charge. You have up to 30 days after the shipped date to ask for a replacement. However we will need the following information:

  1. Please provide your name and email
  2. Your order number
  3. A picture of the wrong/ damaged item

Don’t worry if by any chance you made a mistake in your shipping address or you want to change it, we’re here to help. Just contact us as soon possible at: support@customizeddeco.com with the following details:

  1. Shipping Name
  2. Order ID
  3. Updated address
